WOMF #1

And today, something a little different. Lily Pebbles inspired, poor quality photos due to the dull weather... yeah, it's a What's On My Face post, and I'll get an image of my face right up here as soon as the clouds disappear.

On my base today I actually forgot to use a primer, but applied a very small amount of the NARS Sheer Matte Foundation in Siberia all over my face. I'm using a full coverage foundation at the minute because I've had the breakout from hell due to being ill, but I love this because I can build it up or tone it down as much as I want. To cover any blemishes or redness I used my sample of Dermablend's Corrective Foundation Stick in Porcelaine. I absolutely adore this and really am considering buying the full sized version. I've found it online for about £16 which I'm not about to complain at! I contoured using Bourjois Bronzing Primer and used an unnamed brush to blend. This is absolutely fantastic for those with paler skin as it's lovely and buildable - I'm not afraid to admit that I've not had the best time with bronzers but this is one to stay in the collection. I used the same brush to apply my Bourjois Cream Blush in 02 Natural Glow. This looks so lovely next to the bronzer because of its lovely, peachy tone.

I kept it really simple on my eyes today and just went for a slick of Bourjois Volume Clubbing Mascara (is there a theme here?), something I've been in love with and using since I was 13. I'm actually due a repurchase of this soon! I then went for a thin line and flick of my favourite Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner, possibly the best eyeliner pen I've used to date.

Again, not one for being overly fancy as fair as detail is concerned I just slicked on my Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in Mystical Plum. The perfect autumn berry tone!

Please let me know whether you love or hate this post so I know whether or not to make this a regular thing. Perhaps once a month or bi weekly?
