My Favourite... | Week #5


Welcome to week #5 of my favourite! I'm genuinely surprised I've managed to keep this up. I know we're only 5 weeks in but it's a good sign, right?!

My favourite thing for the last couple of months really has been trying to eat well and exercise more. I've been doing regular weigh ins for the past 3 weeks and so far I'm 7.5lbs down and I'm feeling amazing for it. I've been going to the gym, not a huge amount but I'm slowly weaning myself into it! I'm trying to get heavily active at least 3 times a week and it really is working.

This is probably one of those boring posts that nobody will find interest in but I think it's so important to take care of yourself. It's fine to allow yourself some treats but over the past couple of years I've been extremely lazy and I've used school, college and exams as an excuse. Well, no more excuses!
